THERMOSTAT - CONTROLLED BOILER
The double-walled 230 liter cooking vessel is heated by a thermostatically controlled ring gas burner. In order to achieve the optimal heat utilization, the heating is carried out
via an oil bath in a fully insulated jacket.
An electric motor is mounted on the similarly insulated lid, which drives the agitator.
